The only one year issue of the type! There were two types issued in 1955. The first one with name of country and ship on obverse and the Lebanon cedar tree with denomination on reverse. The second one followed another policy: all legends in Arabic with ship on obverse and all legends in French on reverse. Being this coin from the first type and being the second type politically more attractive and spread wider, these factors made the coin with vivid impression of ship and tree less common.
